Job Overview

This role will give you the opportunity to gain experience in many different areas, we are looking for someone who is therefore motivated by achievement and will run with the tasks they are given and make the most of this opportunity in this fast-paced environment. It is a very hands-on role within the Ops Dept. You will be providing support to the Team to ensure the smooth running of the Head Office and various other areas of business. The candidate will need an excellent understanding of Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Diary management and arranging meetings
  • Office management
  • Administration (letters, filing, contracts, emails etc)
  • Supporting Reception (& Head Receptionist)
  • Arranging Company events
  • Organising systems and archiving
  • Office supplies
  • Overseeing training courses
  • Staff training & inducting new starters
  • Assisting with first aid / fire alarm systems
