Job Overview

Our client is a leading Fund Management Company and are looking for a Team Assistant to join their team. For this role, we are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and great telephone manner and ready to get involved with everything even though it may not be in your job description. You must be prepared to manage the reception as this will be split between this role and another member of the team.

Daily responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the reception desk
  • Arranging meetings / diary management
  • Telephone switchboard
  • Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Contact database maintenance
  • Assisting EA with administration/documentation, including travel arrangements/itineraries and meeting spreadsheets
  • Putting together research packs for Fund Managers containing information such as company reports, broker notes & press releases
  • Maintenance of research pack library, including filing & stripping down old packs
  • Liaising with Brokers
  • Office filing
  • Managing petty cash
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests
