Job Overview

A wonderful opportunity to join an organisation that really makes a difference. The candidate they are looking for needs to possess a strong work ethic, is very driven, very focused and very passionate. This role requires an administratively strong person, who is organised you will be managing 3 diaries for the 3 Directors, but also managing the a team of 12 spread across 5 offices. You will be scheduling internal and external meetings and frequently on Zoom calls when working from home, so you will need to be able to self-manage. Office Suite experience is preferred, if not training will be available.


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Complex diary management
  • Planning agendas
  • Arranging travel and itineraries
  • Arranging and setting up meetings across many time zones
  • Compiling data and statistic reports
  • Expenses
  • Ad hoc personal errands as they arise
