Job Overview

This particular role is to run the administration and organisation side of office management and to ensure the smooth running of the office. Each Team Assistant will look after both the Sales and the Lettings departments in their office. Keep in regular contact with the Senior TAs and the Team Assistant Manager regarding any questions that they have or help that they need.

Communication skills are key for this role – we need an excellent and clear communicator with attention to detail and who can deliver confident feedback and be able to ensure problems are dealt with in a timely manner. You will need to be able to balance many different demands and priorities at once and able to anticipate issues and provide solutions

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Team support and assistance for the Sales & Lettings departments as requested
  • Ensure office is well-presented at all times
  • Liaise with photographer/floor planners, load photos, floorplans and also print
  • Create brochures and send property details and webpage to Vendor/Landlord for approval
  • Order/remove/change For Sale/To Let boards
  • Launch property on website and portals
  • Make up Valuation packs, order brochures and order office stationery
