One of our clients, a Global Specialist Executive Search Firm based in Central London, is looking for a search coordinator to join their team. This role works closely with the consultants and duties will include:

• Tracking and updating client projects
• Liaising with colleagues, clients and candidates via phone and email
• Scheduling complex diary management across multiple time zones
• Maintaining and updating internal database
• Handling switchboard enquiries and other general office administration as required

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to organise multiple priorities and deadlines as well as a high level of professionalism and confidence.
