You will be working closely with consultants and help deliver high-quality searches for the clients. The perfect candidate will need to come with a high level of professionalism and confidence. A detail-oriented and highly organised individual who is proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating meetings and interviews with colleagues, clients and candidates
  • Maintaining internal databases
  • Data entry and reports
  • Office management duties
  • Diary Management
  • Research and tracking for client projects
  • Data entry and preparation of bios and long list reports
  • Preparing PowerPoint, pitch materials and research reports
