Job Overview

We are looking for a candidate who has had office experience, preferably in sales administration. This role requires someone who has the confidence to deal with people at all levels, liaising with different departments; designers, logistics, sales team and Directors as well as liaising with clients over email/phone. Excellent customer services is a must!

You will also be assisting the Office Manager with her busy work load as well as liaising and looking after the sales team; preparing/sending out sales invoices, following up on payments, updating the sales team on each installation, coding each job, ensuring that all team members are up to date and know the status of the job.


Other duties include updating the sales team on stock, liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth running of furniture sales, and furniture rentals, which may include stock inventory input as well. This is a role for someone who has good memory recall, can multitask, seek advice, not be afraid to question, immerse themselves in each department whilst at the same time work independently and efficiently.
