Job Overview

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Being first point of contact for inbound sales leads – then fielding to the relevant team members.
  • Maintaining and owning both company’s websites
  • Helping with logistics and shipping
  • Managing and tracking parcels and projects
  • Providing customer service to the corporate business and reporting directly to the account and sales managers
  • Support the team with external and internal meetings
  • Keeping the workspace clean and clear and looking good
  • Ad hoc administrative duties when they arise
