Job Overview

Based in one of their very busy offices with about 12 other staff you will be looking after the Sales Team (4) as well as helping with the New Homes division. An admin/team assistant background would be beneficial but they don’t require this role to necessarily have property experience.  You must be willing to learn the ropes and be a real team player.  They are a good fun busy team, so if you want to work in this field this would be a great foot-in-the-door role.


Hours 8.45-6.00pm Monday – Friday NO weekend work.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Sales Team with the coordination and preparation of the property portfolio.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Collate sales letters/marketing material/offer letters/property details.
  • Collate capital expenditure requests and follow-up approvals.
  • Follow up approved deals to ensure inclusion in the office systems.
  • Work closely with our other Team Assistants and Office Managers.
  • Administrative duties include, office management, filing, emails, presentations, sales calls and reports etc.
