A client of ours, a Specialist Real Estate Company based in Central London, are seeking a Receptionist to provide a 5* customer experience for visitors and guests.
Duties will include but in no way will be restricted to:
• Setting up meeting rooms
• Ensuring all hospitality requirements are organised and delivered on time
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Notifying hosts of arrival of visitors and ensuring visitors are looked after until their host arrives
• Providing internal customer support
This is a varied role and the ideal candidate for it will have a high level of customer service and hospitality experience in prestigious corporate environments. You must be able to multi task and work under your own initiative whilst demonstrating a hands on approach with an eye for detail.
