Job Overview

Our client, a Private Equity Investor based in Central London is looking for a Receptionist to join their tight knit team. Day to day duties will be varied however will include:

• Meeting and greeting all guests
• First point of call for all incoming calls
• Managing meeting rooms
• Ordering taxis and couriers
• Managing archiving facilities
• General administration
• Diary and travel management
• Ensuring the office is kept clean at all times

The ideal candidate for this role will must have at least a years’ office experience and have excellent communication skills.
