Our client, a fantastic family run Medical practice based in South West London, are seeking a Receptionist with some experience to come and join their team.
Duties will include:
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Answering the telephones
• Booking clients in for appointments
• Ensuring the clinic is presentable at all times
• Filing and other ad hoc administrative duties
The ideal candidate for this role will ideally have excellent communication and organisational skills and be happy interacting with clients along with being able to cope well under pressure whilst multi-tasking. You must be self-motivated and work well within a team, as well as independently when required.
