Job Overview

Great opportunity to join a successful finance company. As a Receptionist you will be an important member of the team being the first point of contact and therefore representing the company. The role will be varied assisting with admin support too – experience is important but attitude and enthusiasm are key too, sunny personality, engaging, proactive – able to pick things up quicky.



  • Running of the reception area
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office
  • Answering the switchboard and dealing with all front desk queries
  • Organising catering for client meetings and internal team socials
  • Setting up Video Conferences internally and externally
  • Assist with the companies travel arrangements – booking flights, hotels, and taxis etc;
  • Managing the reception inbox
  • Arranging local and international couriers
  • Booking taxis
  • Managing post / faxes both inbound/outbound
  • Organising and distributing the weekly supermarket delivery, restocking the kitchens every morning
  • Monitor office supplies, restocking where needed
