This Junior PA role is a fantastic opportunity to work for a very successful entrepreneur and his team.  We are looking for a candidate who is professional, organised, willing to learn, and discreet, someone who can roll up their sleeves and get on with the job in hand. There is room for growth so it’s a great time to be joining the office.

Tasks include:

  • Office admin for principle & the wider team
  • Event coordination; a broad spectrum of things ranging from small suppers to groups for nights at the theatre/opera to bigger parties
  • Assisting the senior PA with larger coordination task
  • Running Errands
  • Collecting and wrapping gifts, keeping card drawer well-stocked, keeping up with birthdays
  • Set up for board meetings, organising lunches and drinks
  • Office management including ordering stationery and supplies, fire and burglar alarm management and recycling collection

£22 – 26K

9-6 pm Monday – Friday
