Job Overview

Calling all dynamic, experienced, efficient candidates! This role really is an EA role at a very high level so you need to be on top of your game. You will be looking after all of the needs of this UHNWI.

You will be a problem solver and be ten steps ahead. You will have managed household staff and have HR experience; recruitment, onboarding, and management of household staff. You will need to think on your toes and always be one step ahead and be very trustworthy! Our client will be in the London office Tuesday – Thursdays, and at the other homes on the remaining days. Your hours will be Monday to Friday 9-6 pm and there will be some kind of flexibility with working from home.


Duties will include:

  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Sorting all of the personal finance, bills, car insurance, etc,
  • Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
  • Overseeing household staff and staff schedules, and house maintenance
  • Extensive travel & diary management and reservations
  • Bookkeeping and management of household bills/ accounts
  • Undertaking ad hoc personal errands
  • Household purchases/returns and credit card/account reconciliations
  • Assisting with event planning
