One of our clients, a Worldwide Insurance Broker, is seeking a Private and Business Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a fabulous individual to work for however the role will be very demanding and will be of a 24/7 nature.
The role will be varies and duties will include:
• Diary management
• Travel arrangements
• Inbox management
• Organising and attending client lunches
• Extensive note taking
• All personal support
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and to have a ‘can do’ attitude. You must also be able to take clear and accurate notes of conversations and meetings.
