Job Overview

Our client is looking for a PA that is efficient, adaptable and hands-on, highly organised and intelligent. The office needs a team player who has excellent people handling skills who has a warm personality and assured manner, with good writing and verbal skills, integrity and professionalism.

 

Duties include (as PA)

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Chairman and office overall
  • Diary management
  • Arranging travel and creating itineraries
  • Screening all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Database management
  • Dictation, document formatting and typing
  • Event planning
  • Personal ad hoc duties (booking dinners etc)

 

Office Management duties

  • To ensure the smooth running of the office as a whole
  • Handle maintenance issues
  • Ordering office equipment and sundries
  • Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
  • Provide support to HR assisting with the company’s internship programme, advising new starters maintaining staff files etc
  • Support the finance director acting as point of contact on accounts for staff related matters (staff expenses and company credit card)
