Job Overview

The successful candidate should be highly organised, flexible, and able to clearly prioritise their duties and meet deadlines, and have a high attention to detail. They should possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and can work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of service to clients and colleagues,whilst also providing general office management to the London and Bristol Offices. You will be reporting to the EA to CFO & Global Head of Investment Management.

Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office, databases, Outlook. Good typing speed.

Experience in student accommodation, hospitality or residential sector highly desired.

Fluency in European language desirable (not essential).


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Manage the office IT, telephone and network connections
  • Dealing and coordinating with ERIS IT support
  • Manage all stationery supplies for the office, including branded stationery
  • Responsible for maintaining the document management & electronic filing system (SharePoint and Property Management system)
  • Manage and keep up to date the phone system and lists for staff
  • Manage office rota for office workings days
  • Manage SharePoint holiday calendar
  • Manage car park spaces for visitors/contractors
  • Manage kitchen and office cleaning supplies,
  • Dealing with all enquires in website inbox
  • Assisting with website and social media
  • Arranging maintenance call outs for office photocopier and organise replacement stock of toner
  • Management contract and price negotiation with office equipment suppliers (water, Cleaning and stationery)
  • Preparation and manage office budget – Shared responsibility
  • Assist with the management of staff mobile phones
  • Support employees with a range of administrative tasks including typing of letters, reports and other documents as required
  • Assisting the team with filing of legal documents such as title deeds and leases
  • Work with multiple diaries (internal and external) to diarise internal and external appointments for the team
  • Responsibility of personal company credit card and submitting expenses monthly
  • Raise purchase orders for all office related invoices
