The successful applicant would be working closely with our client to provide invaluable support on a one-to-one basis. Experience of working in a busy professional environment in a similar role is essential. You would be responsible for managing his diary, organising meetings and appointments. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation along with general administration duties and personal errands. You will also be required to take on the role of managing all the marketing aspects for both of his successful enterprises (sports and commodities) – covering all social media posts and marketing campaigns.
As an ideal PA, you would possess bags of energy, initiative and be a born organiser with the ability to multitask and manage hectic schedules. You will have fantastic inter-personal skills and enjoy building relationships with clients as well as being the point of contact for the team and the principle. You will have strong people management skills and possess a flexible attitude and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
