One of our clients, a fantastic interiors company based in Central London, are seeking a PA / Office Manager to come and join their team and to support the two Directors.

Duties will include:

• Managing and organising extensive travel arrangements
• Managing diaries, including shared calendars
• Liaising with external suppliers
• Arranging the shipping of goods to and from other countries
• Acting as first point of contact for all potential and current clients
• Ad hoc personal support

The ideal candidate for this role will be personable, friendly and professional whilst maintaining a calm demeanour when under pressure. You must be highly organised and have excellent communication skills.
