Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is bright, highly organised, a self-starter with lots of common sense, who has the ability to work with their own initiative. The company is small but highly successful therefore very busy and you will have a high degree of responsibility. The job will be to support the two Directors, and you will need excellent computer skills and knowledge, to be able to improve and maintain the systems currently in place. You must be happy working on your own and previous experience in the property industry would be beneficial but not a deal breaker.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Complex diary management
  • Booking travel and itineraries
  • Update and maintain office databases
  • Invoicing and filing and liaising with the company’s Bank, Solicitors, Accountants, Insurance Brokers plus other advisors
  • Update property schedules (Excel)
  • Chase outstanding rent, insurance premiums and other payments
  • Ad hoc personal errands
