Job Overview

One of our favourite clients, a very well established interiors company is looking for an Operations Executive (initial maternity cover with permanent potential) to come and join their team ASAP. This is a fantastic company to join and an amazing opportunity for the right candidate.

 

Day to day duties will include:

 

  • Meeting and greeting, answering the phone and supporting the sales team
  • Coordination of all operation activity
  • Raising invoices, managing stock and liaising with suppliers
  • Coordinating shipping and delivery
  • Logging data in Excel
  • Liaising with the bookkeeper and preparing paperwork
  • Attending trade fairs
