Job Overview

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional spoken and written English, who is a creative thinker and problem solver with a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and is comfortable working with processes and systems. Someone who has high levels of attention to detail, meticulous with all work and research and Social Media savvy, someone flexible who is willing to muck in as this is a small co and everyone needs to pitch in when it gets busy. Enthusiasm and a team player are also key! Extremely organised & hardworking with a professional telephone manner and comfortable working with both clients and suppliers. Must use own initiative and be both confident and proactive.

 

Duties include:

 

  • Supporting the Operations Manager and helping with the day-to-day running of the company
  • Assisting with client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Continuously checking stock lists in UK & US and keeping these updated
  • Managing and updating customer database
  • Creating a monthly newsletter to be sent out to client database
  • Liaising with PR consultant and assisting with PR and marketing strategy
  • Working on relevant proposals and presentations that are required to be sent out for business growth
