Job Overview

We are looking for a candidate who has strong administrative skills and who wants to grow with a company.  This is very much a key role for the organisation and a new one so you will be coming in and putting your stamp on it.  There will be a lot of back-office duties: invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, payroll, and terms and conditions alongside other duties. You will be working in many areas of the business and its online presence so being familiar with computer software that supports this or at least being able to learn quickly is a must (Xero). If this sounds perfect for personality and skill set then read on!

This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic team that deals with investment, so an interest in this world is also beneficial as you will be dealing with systems that are specific to this industry.

You will also have the option to split the work between office and home 1-2 days per week.


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Invoicing Clients, fee payments, track and report revenues and bank reconciliation
  • Payroll and expenses
  • Maintaining terms and conditions
  • Web design
  • Consultant review process design
  • Diary management
  • Contract & Supplier Management
  • Social Media
  • Report writing and filing
