Award-winning garden design, building, and maintenance company based in London is seeking a proactive, organised Office Manager to work alongside the team.

It will be a fast-moving vibrant role with many responsibilities, completing a variety of stimulant tasks, duties include:

  • Act as Front of House for the company phoneline
  • Manage Health and Safety check including annual reviews
  • Organise incoming post and invoices
  • Organising meetings
  • Optimising company work schedule
  • Converting with external companies
  • Supporting all departments

This would be a wonderful role for someone who is interested in creativity as well as a charming office lifestyle. Communication is key as conversing with many different departments is required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is desired as well as managing office Health and Safety.
