Job Overview

Our client is looking to hire a well presented candidate who is highly organised to oversee the office management and ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently. It is an exciting time for property and you will be joining a hard working and fun team.


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Supplier contract management
  • Expense and invoice management
  • New joiner administration and inductions
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are adhered to
  • Ordering stationery and general supplies
  • Archive management
  • First point of contact for IT related queries
  • Liaise with the landlord in relation to building upkeep, health & safety, fire safety etc


Front of house

  • Answering and fielding all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Providing refreshments to visitors
  • Booking couriers
  • Maintain meeting rooms to a high standard and ensure the office is immaculate at all times
  • Ad hoc general administration tasks (filing, copying, post, scanning etc.)
  • Adhoc PA work for the Directors of the company both personal and work related
