Job Overview

This small company, need an Office Manager to support the COO. The role will not only assist the COO in distributions but will also be involved in the investor relations side also – updating the CRM.

 

This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain experience in this field, you can come in and learn the ropes and you will be given a chance to learn all different areas – you will be encouraged to get involved. They are looking for someone with a bubbly nature, who can bring life and character to the team.

 

The ideal Candidate will need to be trustworthy and be able to work with high attention to detail and accurately – they would rather you take longer to do a task then get it wrong. The role will be 30% Office Manager role, and the rest will be support on finance, compliance, HR and Investor Relations, Marketing. The PA side is the usual diary management and travel etc. The OM part of the job is being the face of company, when clients and investors come in.
