Job Overview

Our client, a Private Family Office based in Mayfair is looking for a well-polished, professional Office/Facilities Manager to come and support their team. You will be the main point of contact for the family office. Duties include:

• Responsible for the efficient running of the office
• Managing tenants and dealing with letting agents
• Facilities management including maintenance for the office and property
• Covering reception when needed
• Acting as a point of contact and the ‘go-to’ person for general enquiries
• Acting as the Chief Fire Warden and First Aider
• Answering incoming calls and queries
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Be willing to take on any other ad-hoc requests around the business

The ideal candidate for this role will be articulate, hardworking and have excellent attention to detail. You must be prepared to muck in and help in all areas of the company as and when required as well as be able to communicate clearly up to all levels.
