Job Overview

One of our clients, a high end boutique property company based in central London, are seeking an Office Coordinator to come and support their team.

Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering phones and fielding calls
• Managing diaries
• Assisting with events and promotions
• Administration support for the sales team
• Arranging photography, floorplans, EPC’s and compiling brochures

This will be a varied role where the ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure. You must have at least a year’s experience within property, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
