Job Overview

This award-winning Interior Design Company is looking for someone who has natural leadership skills and who is financially minded and highly organised. It is a busy office and you will be involved in overseeing all areas, therefore we need a very proactive and capable candidate, who can multi-task and has knowledge of QuickBooks and the ability to run office systems efficiently.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing all areas of the office, systems, clients, staff, maintenance, orders etc.
  • HR, hiring new staff, health, and safety, reviews, first aid, and safety compliance.
  • Dealing with the office printers, phones, and computer systems liaising with the IT service provider to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Compiling invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and bank reports.
  • Assisting the Decoration Team with Clients’ projects covering the financial aspects.
  • Handling costs for marketing, press enquiries, and magazine shoots.
