Work will be flexible between home office and overseas visits, (interest in organizing travel is a must!) our client is looking for a warm and capable, fast-learning, adaptable team-player to keep our business running smoothly.
You will need to be a well-organised individual, with an eye for detail, and an ability to juggle priorities.
Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ experience supporting a team or executives. You will be working with a friendly, hard-working team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and will also directly support the Managing Partner.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Reception duties, calls, receiving visitors, post etc
- Office Management
- Room bookings
- First Aid and Marshal training
- Health and Safety
- IT Support
- Social media and web updates
- Database maintenance
- Event planning
