Job Overview

Our Client requires an individual who is bright and motivated with attention to detail and a willingness for self-development and learning. Your role will be assisting the PA to the Founding Director, and Head of Marketing, they need a candidate that is fully competent in all Microsoft Office package, and a good understanding of Adobe InDesign/Photoshop would be an advantage. Excellent written, telephone and communication skills. Integrity, reliability, and confidentiality is a must. Must be highly organised and professional.


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Greeting clients and visitors. Managing the meeting room diaries and online meetings.
  • Answering the telephone, transferring calls and taking accurate messages.
  • Responsible for office presentation spaces making sure that meeting rooms.
  • Maintaining the correct level of office supplies and stationery.
  • Managing supplier relationships along with the office supply costs/budgets.
  • Event organisation (office parties, annual ‘drive by’ etc).
  • Maintaining Health & Safety procedures
  • Booking couriers and taxis. Arranging travel (UK and overseas) for meetings/trips.
  • Working with the Accounts Department with monthly invoicing and reports and handling petty cash.

Assistant to the PA to the Founding Director and Head of Marketing

  • Assisting with the general day-to-day requirements.
  • Assisting Head of Marketing with other marketing requirements.
  • Organising flights and car hire (business as well as personal for the Design Director).
  • Assisting Head of Marketing with other marketing requirements.
  • Working with new media for maintaining/updating the website, LinkedIn accounts etc.
