Job Overview

We have a great opportunity for someone to join the JG team as an Office and Marketing Coordinator. This is a busy and varied role working with a fantastic team where duties will include:

  •  Marketing and social media
  • Posting on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Writing various blogs
  • Ensuring there is a flow of engaging content
  • Writing job adverts
  • Updating and maintaining the website
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Acting as first point of contact for IT issues
  • Managing stationery and office supplies
  • Organising both internal and external events
  • Ad hoc support of the consultants

The ideal candidate for this will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be happy multi-tasking and switching between duties. The office has a great atmosphere where everyone works as a team and you must have a good sense of humour to fit in!
