Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Amending documents – formatting, proofreading, printing
- Obtain relevant information from other organisations or agencies.
- Researching and organising company events
- Co-ordinating team and company meetings – zoom and face to face
- Create and organise information, generate reference tools for easy use by the office.
- Maintain and update databases and systems.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
- General office management
- Ad hoc PA duties for the Directors
- Supporting the BD & Marketing Director
Salary Band£20,000 - £30,000
