Job Overview
Hours: 9-6pm
This is an exciting opportunity. We are looking for an bright and energetic individual to take on the role of supporting a highly successful entrepreneur who is leading the company into new and exciting developments. The ideal EA will be polished, calm and articulate with excellent communication skills.
- Diary management using Outlook, booking meetings/meeting rooms, creating meeting agendas
- Extensive global travel, booking flights, hotels and transport, creating itineraries
- Processing expenses, general admin duties
- Gatekeeping the CEO’s time, typing correspondence, copying, scanning, and filing
- Organising events including seasonal parties/functions
- Planning and assisting with possible office move.
- General administrative tasks such as banking, preparing/binding meeting packs, updating templates, preparing itineraries and agenda
