Job Overview

A commercial city based Design Agency are looking for an HR Manager to join the team.

You will be organising, planning and implementing the HR for the company which will include such things as:

  • Evaluating company HR policy and employee relations
  • Complying to legislation and updating the practices according to any changes
  • HR Strategy – making sure it is managed and in line with the company business plan
  • Deliver HR services for the business;

Creating and maintaining the co handbook
HR Administration – Logging holidays/sick days etc
Overseeing the co private medical insurance – updating on changes
Collating information for monthly payroll
Overseeing the talent resourcing and planning along with the Senior management
Overseeing the resourcing of staff including contracts and onboarding
Induction for new members
Performance and reward management
