Job Overview

A unique opportunity to become the face of this global leading company. There are three Partners that you will be looking after; they are looking for someone who is proactive, a complete self-starter, who can think on their feet, is highly organised, and keen to learn (you will be given lots of opportunities to grow in this role).  Discretion is key when working for this company, you will be dealing with VIP’s. You will also be organising high-end events at exclusive locations, and also some travel. You will not necessarily need financial experience, but should you wish to learn you will have courses provided to you by the company.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Acting as the first point of contact for calls, mail, and external matters
  • Extensive diary management for all three Partners
  • Arranging travel with detailed itineraries and agendas
  • Dealing with invoicing and updating accounts
  • Event management, liaising with directors and consultants for event meetings
  • Attending weekly meetings with Partners and also arranging off-site and international meetings
  • Providing administrative support to the management team (printed materials, marketing, and relevant paperwork for meetings)
