The candidate will need to be the eyes and ears, for the principle, you will be providing the critical administrative support that allows the principle to best leverage time. You will be coordinating complex diaries, speaking and liaising with the shareholders, coordinating board meetings, you will also work also for the Chief Business Officer. We are looking for someone with energy, who’s bright and emotionally intelligent. Keen to jump in and work hard and hit the ground running.
The principal is young and bright and will be a pleasure to work with. You will have the opportunity to travel to the Middle East and work at their Shoreditch branch as well as WFH.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Strategically organize and manage a complex calendar (personal and business), scheduling meetings, knowing what to prioritise, and proactively making changes as necessary to align the CEO’s time with business goals
- Arrange highly detailed national and international travel, including booking transportation and accommodations, creating itineraries, and researching local dining and entertainment options
- Manage meeting preparation, making sure the CEO is fully briefed with contextual details, as well as oversee meeting logistics including agenda, materials, and technology setup
