Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be a bright, degree educated and will have previous experience within private equity, investment banking, finance, or consultancy as an EA. This role requires a quick learner with a can-do attitude who is a highly professional individual, with the ability to build relationships among managers, partners and employees. Excellent PowerPoint skills (they will need to see examples of your work)


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Daily diary management including monitoring meeting requests and identifying and managing conflicts, with the ability to identify conflict of schedules and arrange the calendar accordingly to ensure efficient management of the Partners’ time
  • Travel arrangements, booking cars, flights and hotels, often reorganising at short notice
  • Preparation of various presentations
  • Light book-keeping, partners expenses
  • Scheduling companies’ board meetings in conjunction with members of the boards
  • Training the portfolio companies’ CFOs in the use of Board Intelligence
  • Assisting the partners in their yearend staff appraisals process
  • Managing Partners IT needs
  • Booking restaurants, tickets, and events
  • Assistance with various ad hoc projects.
