Job Overview

One of our clients, a family owned investment firm based in South West London is seeking a House and Event Coordinator to join the team.
Duties will include:
• Event Activation and Coordination
• Liaison with both internal and external partners for event requirements
• Event Calendar management for the House
• Diary and inbox management
• Office Management, ordering stationary etc
• Regular contact with Estate Team regarding all/any house issues

The ideal candidate for this role must be proactive and hardworking and be able to work both individually and in a team. You must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. This role would be perfect for someone living in South West London. If you have a willingness to learn and develop the role along with an interest in Events then this could be the role for you.
