Job Overview

One of our clients, a Private Equity Advisor based in Central London, are seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Founders.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Managing multiple dairies
  • Organising complex travel itineraries including Visa’s
  • Screening and directing phone calls
  • Organising meetings
  • Managing finances e.g. accounts, expenses etc
  • Managing compliance
  • Organising office events
