One of our FAB clients, a growing boutique Investor Relations Firm based in Central London, is seeking an EA/ Office Manager to support the CEO for 9 – 12 month maternity cover.
Duties will include but will not be restricted to:
- Managing diary and booking travel
- Organising meetings
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes when required
- Supporting the HR advisor
- Processing invoices and expense claims
- Assisting with client relationship management
- Ad hoc private support
- Dealing with legal documents e.g. writing contracts
This is a busy role where the ideal candidate will have experience in the financial industry. You must have advanced MS Office skills and strong communication, attention to detail, administration, and organisational skills.
