Job Overview

We are looking for a candidate that will have had experience from a related sector (such as hospitality and concierge services), or experience in household and property/project management and residential service. Someone who is smart and well presented, and who wants to do their best for their principal, who is also flexible and adaptable. Vendor and project management skills will be beneficial in this role and a knowledge of etiquette and protocol is a must. Experience of formal service of fine wines and food and the ability to represent the company and to anticipate others’ wishes and adapt accordingly, who can be discreet, confidential, and deliver an unobtrusive service.

 

Duties are but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate luncheons set up conference rooms
  • Work with the front desk, meeting and greeting guests
  • Assist with inventories
  • Ensure hospitality standards
  • Take care of barista duties
  • Valeting
  • Maintaining security and communication systems and record-keeping
  • Organising social and office events
  • Caring for the Company’s guests and visitors
  • Serving of wines and other refreshments and meals
