Job Overview
We are looking for a driven candidate who will be working closely with the MD as his assistant. You will be learning all about the business whilst starting to build up contacts in the industry. Full and comprehensive training will be given to you so you can learn all about the recruitment process.
Duties will include:
- Researching the market, identifying potential clients.
- Arranging interviews
- Building relationships with clients
- Other duties as assigned or needed
They are so busy – a team of about 15 people. You will be trained up with a view to becoming a consultant. Personality is key. It is a work hard environment; team incentives including trips abroad, dinners etc and the team are very social and fun.
