Job Overview

One of our favourite clients, a bespoke Interiors Company, are seeking an Advisor to join their fab team in Central London. The role will be varied and duties will include:

• Advising customers on products
• Proactively contacting customers with updates
• Liaising with all departments
• Answering and fielding telephone calls
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a customer services role as well as having a good level of computer literacy. If you have excellent communication skills both on the phone and email and think this could be the role for you, then send us your CV now!
