Job Overview

Our fabulous client is looking for an experienced Administrative who is an extremely proactive self-starter, highly organised: a natural planner who can prioritise efficiently and be able to work under pressure.

Our client needs someone who is flexible and always available when needed and has a proven track record in a fast-paced and varied administrative role. Even though the role will be managing the back office and all the duties needed for its smooth running, you will also be involved in front-of-house hosting. This role comes with many hats!

Bilingual in French would be an advantage.

Duties include but are not limited to:

A wide range of administrative tasks
Creating and managing electronic files (we need someone with EXCELLENT Excel skills) as well as Microsoft Office in general.
Processing expenses
Managing the database
Arranging travel and meetings
Assistance with trademark law (knowledge of this is a bonus)
Managing all correspondence via phone and email in a timely manner
Assistance with front of house events
Administering guest lists and plans
